How to use is procedure text that describes how to operate/use something. For example :

How to Use a Wireless Mouse

1. Prepare the mouse and also make sure that your mouse has batteries or is charged.

2. Turn on your mouse. Usually the on/off switch is on the back of the mouse, but some are not.

3. Plug in your mouse’s receiver to your computer’s USB port. Then, the mouse driver will automatically be installed to detect the wireless mouse, and make sure your computer is turned on.
